Dear Customer, pursuant to the current legislation on personal data protection (EU Regulation n. 679 of 2016 - D. Legislatio196/2003), we would like to inform you that the processing of your personal data is carried out in a fair and transparent manner, for lawful purposes and protecting your confidentiality and rights. The processing is carried out, also with the aid of computer resources, by us and our managers and commissioned for the following purposes:

1. to acquire and confirm your booking of accommodation services and ancillary services, and to provide the requested services. As these are necessary for the definition of the contractual agreement and its subsequent implementation, your consent is not generally required. If you refuse to provide personal data, we will not be able to confirm your booking or provide the services requested. The processing will cease upon your departure, but some of your personal data may or must continue to be processed for the purposes and in the manner indicated in the following points;

2. to fulfil the obligation provided for in the "Single Text of the Laws on Public Security" (article 109 R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773) which requires us to communicate to the Questura, for public security purposes, the general information of clients housed according to the procedures established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree 7 January 2013). The provision of data The protection of personal data in the management of the receptive companies 59 is mandatory and does not require your consent, and in case of refusal to provide them we will not be able to host you in our facility. We do not store the data collected for this purpose unless you give us your consent to such storage as set out in point 4;

3. to comply with the administrative, accounting and tax obligations in force. For these purposes, the processing is carried out without the need to obtain your consent. The data is processed by us and our managers and agents, and are disclosed to third parties only in compliance with legal requirements. If you refuse to provide the data required for the above-mentioned purposes, we will not be able to provide you with the requested services. The data acquired for these purposes are kept by us for the time provided by the respective regulations (10 years, and even more in case of tax assessments);

4. to speed up the registration procedures in case of your subsequent stays at our facility. For this purpose, after obtaining your consent that can be revoked at any time, your data will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months , and will be used when you are our guest again for the purposes referred to in the previous points;

5. to act as a receiver for messages and telephone calls addressed to you during your stay. For this purpose, your consent is required. You can revoke your consent at any time. The processing will cease anyway at your departure;

6. for the protection of persons, property and company assets by means of video surveillance of certain external or common areas of the structure, They can be identified by the presence of special signs and are located only in the following structures:

For this processing your consent is not required, as it pursues our legitimate interest to protect people and property against possible attacks, theft, robbery, damage, acts of vandalism and for fire prevention and occupational safety purposes. The recorded images are deleted after 24 hours, except for holidays or other cases of closure of the business, and in any case no later than one week. They are not disclosed to third parties, except in the case of a specific investigative request from the judicial authority or police.

We would also like to inform you that the European Regulation gives you certain rights, (right of access, right to rectification, right to deletion, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right of opposition, right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling) if and as applicable (Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation n. 679 of 2016). You can also submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, according to the procedures provided for by the current legislation.
